When Yeubo first engaged with Consumer Labs, they had zero TikTok Shop presence. They needed support getting onto the platform, sourcing and managing affiliates, and developing a strategy for live shopping.

UTILISING AN AFFILIATE CRM IS KEY
Creators were identified based on a mix of GMV performance, audience fit and content styles.
An automation system was introduced that triggers personalised messages at key moments in the affiliate journey: a briefing document the moment a sample is accepted, a check-in after their first video, a performance nudge at £100 GMV, and an accountability prompt if 10 days pass with no content.
This brought structure and enabled reaching the necessary volume of creators to drive real, compounding impact.
COMMUNITY & CONTENT
CREATIVE STRATEGY UNLOCKS GROWTH
A private WhatsApp community was built for affiliates pre-launch, with group calls to brief creators on the brand before a single product was seeded.
Each week, creators received the brand's top 5 GMV videos and a brief of 3 content ideas to test. Once an affiliate's video took off, the group was notified, triggering a wave of creators following suit.
Deep involvement in organic content strategy for Yeubo's owned TikTok account drove significant additional GMV on top of affiliate-led revenue.
LIVE SHOPPING
LIVE SHOPPING HELPED FUEL GROWTH
A live strategy was devised focused around the brand's Founder, running nightly for 3 hours to build consistency and audience trust.
The results were strong enough that TikTok invited the brand to complete 2 subsidised Key Stage Lives (KSLs) at the end of March, a direct signal of platform confidence.
In March alone, live shopping drove over £12K in GMV.
